hey anyone know if i can put a 200mm rear tire one my 2009 cvo fat bob in place of the 180 70 16 ?

From what I've read out of curiosity it will fit.  I didn't do it, but some friends and I got into a discussion about my wife's tire and going wider.  We wouldn't do it as the wide tire turns like crap and we have no desire to sacrifice handling for appearance.  But I did do some research and my recollection was that a 200 will not have clearance issues as long as you match the profile height so the over all diameter is the same (or very close).

hey thanks do you know if the rim had to be changed I do believe  a 5.5 is recommended for a 200mm wondering if I can get away with the 5

It depends on the manufacturer.  Some of them say NO, that it must be 5.5 inches.  Others didn't specify.  I don't think I'd be real comfortable pushing it that far unless the manufacturer specified that it's OK on a 5 inch.

Yeah, just because JC is OK with 5" doesn't mean you shouldn't have more  :banghead:
