Ok, everyone this took some chasing down. This procedure works with the FLHTCUSE2.
Preparation: Be sure the Run/Stop switch is in "Run" before Ignition switch is turned on.
1) Press "Trip" button on Speedo and hold, and then turn the Ignition switch.
2) Wait until the system has cycled all gauges and indictors and reads, "Diag" in the Odo/Trip readout, release trip switch.
3) Press "Trip" switch once to display all modules. One of them should be blinking.
4) Press "Trip" switch and HOLD for desired action, "cleared"  or "none" will be displayed.
5) Press "Trip" switch again will give the modules's Part Number
6) To access the other modules, press the "Trip" again, you are now able to repeat the above Items 3),4), and 5)
7) After you have completed all modules, turn the Ignition off.

I think this procedure will work on all seuc's with the keyless fob security system.
